    • To provide you a better service, please book your table in advance at reception. We have several private dining rooms available; do not hesitate to contact the reception department for booking them. Please, comfortable but smart clothing according to each restaurant is required.

  • Services in your room

    • ROOM SERVICE
      In your room you will find a breakfast menu to be served. Please, select and fill in that menu as you like and hang the order before 3.00 am on the outside of the door of your room. This service could be enjoyed from 7.00 until 12.00 am.
      Also you, have a menu that offers a variety of dishes, desserts, drinks and coffes or teas to enjoy all day without leaving your room.
      All rooms have a fully stocked minibar to enjoy snacks, chocolates and a variety of drinks. You can find the menu on the desk. The room service is available at number 7

    • COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES
      We offer you range of services free of charge to make you feel like at home.

      • Free coffee and water.
      • You can request at reception a DVD player and a selection of movies in several languages.
      • On the desk you will find a charger for mobile and electronic devices. Likewise, we have international electrical adapters upon request.
      • For your comfort, we offer a menu of different types of pillows.
      • If you wish to receive a wake-up call, do not hesitate to contact the reception department at number 9 at any time. It will be a pleasure to attend your request.
  • Internet

    • The hotel has wifi in rooms and public areas, free of charge 24 hours. To be connected, you should select the Hotspot network and enter your room number and the name of the person listed on the reservation. You can connect up to 4 devices.
      If you wish, we offer maximum speed premium wifi with a supplement.
      When connected to the network, you can configure yourself the number of devices and the requested days.
      We have at your disposal two computers with free internet access in the lounge of the Glass Bar. If you have any questions, please contact reception at number 9.

  • Laundry

    • We inform you that we have a 24 hours laundry service, 7 days a week. In your closet you will find the laundry bag and the list with the corresponding services and prices.
      We offer an external dry cleaner service from Monday to Friday, therefore delivery will be made within a maximum period of three days.
      We also offer an express ironing service within one hour during 7 days a week, with a 20% surcharge on the price stipulated.
      To enjoy these services, we kindly ask you to leave on top of the bed the laundry bag your clothes and the corresponding list completed.

      Our resort have available stores with the most complete and modern mountain equipment, also you can rent ski and snow equipments that will satisfy your necessities.
      The resort provides you a SKI GUIDE service, where expert skiers will guide you throw the best zones of the Grandvalira resort. For the most experienced, SPORTS CALBÓ provides a SKI TEST service, where an expert team will advise you to choose top-range and competition skis. They will gives you advise depending on your ability and way of skiing. The hotels offer you a free use service of the ski lockers which are located at the gondola.

      SPORT WELLNESS MOUNTAIN SPA
      Exclusive zone on you can enjoy an unforgettable experience. Located at 1.850 m, with an area over 5.000 m2 distributed in five fl oors, in which you can find water circuits, 19 treatment boxes and a fitness zone equipped with the latest Technogym technology in cardiovascular and bodybuilding machines.
      All of this, enjoying an exclusive view to the Soldeu mountains.
